This is an amazing trailer in excellent condition that we bought this spring for a bucket list trip. We just returned after the most amazing east coast adventure. 6 weeks in NFLD, NS, NB & Quebec. We loved it. This is really spacious for two people and will sleep more if you need. The build quality of this is significantly better than anything I've seen. It has stainless steel sinks, a porcelain toilet that has zero odour. The underside is fully insulated including heated tanks and more. Do your research. Everything works 100% as it should. I'm a big guy and the shower is sized generously. There are two doors between the forward full sized queen bed and the rear living area which offers amazing sound deadening. It comes with some very nice extras to make this a turn key purchase. We bought an excellent IKEA mattress for it, it has leveling ramps, 30 amp power cable, a gas stainless steel BBQ that connects to the onboard gas, (no extra tanks required) outside mat for under the awning, Water Hose, Activated Charcoal filtration, water pressure regulator, spare tire and carrier plus things I've forgotten. I installed 4 new 8 ply trailer tires on it prior to leaving and the trailer was serviced. It will come with a load leveling hitch that we purchased this spring as well. For those who need to know why it is for sale, our next item on the list is a big Canadian adventure in a convertible. I'm torn about keeping it but someone should be enjoying it not sitting while we are gone.
