Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Concrete Polishing and Epoxy Coatings Technicians who take pride in their work and have a strong attention to detail. You'll be working on a variety of flooring projects including grinding, polishing, sealing, and applying decorative or protective epoxy finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate concrete grinding and polishing equipment
• Prepare surfaces for epoxy and other coating applications
• Mix and apply epoxy and polyurethane coatings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Read and interpret job plans or blueprints
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and finish
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in concrete polishing and/or epoxy floor coatings
• Knowledge of surface prep equipment and materials
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

Desirable (but not required):
• Experience with metallic, flake, or decorative epoxy systems
• OSHA safety training or certifications
• Ability to lead a crew or manage projects
