The arm pads are super comfortable, the back curves inwards providing breathable support while the lumbar can be adjusted not only up adn down, but also inwards and outwards with the tension dials on the side for tuning it to the user's specific needs.

Bonus - just like the Herman Miller Embody, the chair's seat pan can be adjusted to go longer or shorter, allowing people to cross their legs in an X for those who don't always want to have both feet on the ground like me!
