I live in the primary bedroom, so I am renting out the second bedroom and bathroom for 45% of the rent (to accomodate the bedroom being slightly smaller!) I like to hang out with friends or go out occasionally on the weekends. I love hosting so would like to live with someone whose ok with that! And I'm obviously good if you want to have people over as well! I'm very clean and tidy, love to cook, and have a very nice coffee machine that you can use :)))
