Real Lite-1001 pop up tent trailer has been cared for, is clean, in good condition and complete with all user manuals! 3 way Fridge, inside/outside stove, furnace and dome lighting fueled by propane and/or battery with a 25 AMP converter with battery charger. A 2000lb 12V DC electric trailer jack was a recent upgrade. Everything works but the trailer will need a new inspection (passed in 2023) as it hasn't been taken on the road in the last couple of years. We didn't bother with the awning, it is original and should be replaced.
