Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented builder/carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various building techniques and a passion for creating high-quality structures. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

Duties
Construct decks, sunrooms, and outdoor structures according to plans and safety standards
Perform framing, joisting, roofing, and trim work with accuracy
Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
Ensure all work meets code and inspection standards
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
Exceptional framing experience along with experience installing composite and PVC decking.
Knowledge and installation skills for aluminum railing.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.

Skills
Minimum 3 years experience in deck and/or sunroom construction or residential building.
Strong knowledge of residential framing and carpentry techniques
Experience with composite decking and aluminum systems an asset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
