I am a 38-Year-Old single male, who has found himself in need of a new place to live, getting out of a long-term relationship

I assure the break-up had nothing to do with my skills as a cook, cleaning up after myself, minding my own business, and being both quiet and respectful.

I'm not much of a partier, I left that part of me in the past, though I still do enjoy a craft beer or cider once in a while.

I am very employed, and have no problems managing my own finances and bills.

Lifestyle-wise, I am a bit of an introvert that loves to be in nature. As hobbys, I am an avid reader, gamer (I come equipped with a library of board games), content creator, and Dungeon Master.

If you don't know what a Dungeon Master is, and the term concerns you. All it really means is that I like to tell stories, as well as enjoy both Lord of the Rings, and Math.

As a potential red flag, I do come with a cat. Harley has been traveling with me for 10 years now and I'm not willing to leave her behind. She's very quiet, and personable. She enjoys being around people - and even other animals -. Most of the time she can be found sitting in the most sun filled area of the apartment.

I am looking for something with a $1000 budget, but there may be a little wiggle room.

Ideally I am hoping for something within a quick drive or bus ride to Downtown Dartmouth, though I am fine with something on the Halifax side as well. As for timing, I am hoping to move on September 1st.
