We are the 2nd owners. The original owner bought it new in the summer of 2015 (10 yrs old) but barely used it so it looked new to us when we bought it. And it still looks pretty new. We added more storage space under the bed, a solar panel, bat. controller and a 2nd set of series 6v batteries (now 3 RV batteries) to make us able to wilderness camp - and we have operated without sun for 4 days. It comes with a TV, Stereo System, outside spkrs. USB ports inside and out, gas/120V frig, shower toilet, 2 burner stove, propane heater a propane water heater. It hauls easily with a small 6 cylinder engine (check your towing specs for your car). We get 18.4L./100kms or about 350kms/tank on our 25 year old 6 cyl Toyota with an equalizer hitch. And, that's between here and Kelowna = lots of hills. We added another mattress and a 4" memory foam so it's very comfy. It really only sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 little kids. But it also comes with an additional tent room that we never used, and the original owner used for his 3 kids and outdoor cooking. We never used it - so, everything is still there. The A/C works but we only tested it once and never had a need for it. It needs a 20 amp outlet to operate. I just cleaned and checked the roof for wear or damage (always covered in winter). We have all the neccessary cookware, dishes, toaster, cuttlery, coffee maker, Microwave, water hoses, 20 amp extension, winter tarp, and a variety of sewage connectors, Plus a spare 5 pound emergency propane bottle in the outside storage area. Inside storage has the tent, poles, et.al. Plus we have a 2" equalizer hitch, door mat, patio Matt - additionals price to be negotiated. If you have been trailering before you probably won't need all the extras. We just got back from 10 days in Crawford Bay so everything works and the trailer is now emptied out, cleaned and ready to go on holidays with you. $18,000 O.B.O.
