Schedule: 10–15 hours/week to start (option to grow into more)
Wage: $35–$45/hour depending on experience

ADV Equipment / ADV Energy Rentals is looking for a hands-on, experienced technician to support our growing equipment fleet. This is a flexible part-time role — perfect for a semi-retired tech or someone looking to supplement their hours.

You'll be working on:

Small diesel engines – Yanmar, Kubota, Kohler, Perkins, etc.

Generators – from compact 15kW up to 200kW units

Light towers and electrical components

Hydraulic systems – excavators, wheel loaders, and attachments

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines and hydraulic issues

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

Handle in-shop and on-site calls (mileage/time paid)

Keep equipment rental-ready and support our custom-built gear

✅ What You Bring:

Proven experience with small diesel engines & mobile hydraulics

Ability to work independently and make confident repair decisions

Your own basic tools (we supply the service truck)

Class 5 driver's license

Red Seal certification is an asset, but not required
