Rent includes, Hydro, Gas, Internet, Hot and Cold water, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Drier, Cabinets, Dishes, shelves, closet, and using sofa and living room and working desk with 2 monitors, Netflix (You should use your headset!), X Box (You should use your headset!).
