Price is firm. This beautiful hutch is in like new condition. It comes in two pieces for easier moving. Has lots of storage space. Drawers are dove tails and slide nicely. Looks great in the pictures but even better in person. Comes from a clean, smoke free home. Measurements are 75" wide, 21.25" deep, 33.25" tall and 77.5" tall to top of upper unit.
