Job Responsibilities
● Diagnose and repair a variety of devices, including cell phones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles.
● Replace components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports for mobile devices and gaming systems.
● Perform advanced repairs for gaming consoles, including hardware troubleshooting, software updates, and cleaning.
● Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure repairs meet company and manufacturer standards. ●Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair processes, costs, and timeframes to customers. ●Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and company protocols.
● Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering parts and supplies.
● Promote additional services and products, such as accessories, warranties, and maintenance packages. Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Experience repairing cell phones and gaming consoles (1 years preferred).
● Knowledge of popular device brands, including Apple, Samsung, Google, Sony, and Microsoft.
● Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
● Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
● Effective communication and outstanding customer service skills.
● Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Preferred Qualifications
● Certification in electronics repair or equivalent technical training.
● Familiarity with advanced gaming console repairs, including PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch.
