This dual axle trailer has been kept in good condition since it was purchased in 2015. It is very clean and has been non-smoking and non-pet since we bought it. It has remained in one spot the whole time, used as a summer retreat.
It sleeps 6 comfortably, has 1 slide out, 2 entrances, outdoor shower, two 35 lbs propane tanks and a new spare tire. The queen bed is accessible from both sides…no crawling over anyone to get out!
These items are in full working condition: stove, oven, full size fridge and freezer, hot water heater, microwave, tub and shower combination, furnace, radio/CD player with 4 speakers and fresh water pump. We have never tried the A/C.
There is plenty of storage.
The large front window is great for views while relaxing in comfortable rocking armchairs. All upholstery is in good condition.
GVWR (Gross vehicle weight rating)- 8,500 LBS, when trailer is fully loaded.
UVW (Unloaded vehicle weight)- 6,460 LBS, when trailer is empty.
