Job Title: Prep Cook & Cleaner – Italian Pizzeria Restaurant

Duties:
- Prep, partition and label produce and ingredients.
- Assist Chef with preparation of sauces, salads, and simple dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including floors, counters, and equipment
- Wash, pots, and Continer
- Take out trash and recycling
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, or good knife skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Able to lift to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Understanding of basic food safety is preferred
