We are expanding our team and looking for strong recruiters who can help us grow our client base in these high-demand sectors in Canada.
Your task:
1. Approach companies in the warehouse, general labor, forklift, construction fields, Information Technology (IT), Health Care, Transportation, Government, etc.
Build relationships with hiring managers and company owners, and
Present and sell our recruitment services with confidence and professionalism.
Sign new companies and work with our internal team to fill their job openings quickly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment, business development, or staffing sales.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, trades, general labor, or construction job sites.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
Reliable, professional, and results-oriented.
