If you enjoy fishing or hunting, this is the place for you. The home is 10 minutes from the lake for fishing. Also, 20 minutes from the foothills for hunting season. The area is in a small town, about 25 minutes from Cochrane. 45 minutes to the airport in Calgary, Sundre AB is about 35 minutes. The neighborhood is quite clean and quiet, close to the mailbox and hardware store, saloon is within walking distance of the house. You have 1 parking space in the yard, and the driveway goes around the whole house for easy access. The suite is available and no pets (no expectations). The home had very clean people living in it, it has been taken care of, the whole house has been freshly cleaned. This apt is unfurnished but could be if needed. Smoking and or vaping is not allowed in the house, but there is smoking/vaping outside, on deck. Laminate flooring throughout and tile flooring in the bathroom and bedroom.
