We are currently hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant for our office in Charlottetown, PE .
Job Details:
Salary: $21.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Type: Permanent, Full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Vacancies: 1
Workplace: On-site only (no remote option)
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing incoming calls and emails
2. Scheduling and confirming appointments
3. Preparing and managing office documents
4. Maintaining filing systems and office supplies
5. Assisting with invoicing and general data entry
6. Supporting daily administrative operations
Requirements:
Education: College diploma or equivalent (1–2 years program)
Language: English
Experience: Will train the right candidate
