The Roof Whisperer is seeking an experienced Roof Repair Specialist to join our growing team. We are a reputable roofing company known for high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction across the GTA.

Responsibilities:
• Perform roof repairs on various systems including flat roofs, shingle roofs, and skylights
• Diagnose roofing issues and propose cost-effective solutions
• Work with flashing, vent boots, pipe stacks, chimneys, and waterproofing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite at all times
• Communicate effectively with customers and project managers

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of roofing repair experience
• Skilled with various roofing materials and systems
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Excellent attendance and time management
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude
