Hello! I am currently a 23y/o male and living by myself in a 2 bedroom apartment. I had planned on moving in with a friend but he fell through so I'm looking for someone responsible and respectful who would like to move in to my empty room. The apartment is in mid North Edmonton (contact me for address) which would be perfect for collage individuals who'd like to save on rent. The room that is needed to be filled is the smaller of the two in the apartment. The building is very secure with barred windows and double locks on the front door. The building itself is okay with smoking and I have a cat so if you have allergies watch out! The apartment has fibre optic internet and I myself work night shift, so I'll more than likely rarely bother you. Any contact between 9-12 in the morning I will respond too immediately.
