We're looking for an experienced, passionate Sous Chef to work with our culinary team at
our upscale restaurant.. If you're a creative leader with a flair for fine dining and a dedication to

What You'll Do:
• Help run kitchen operations and work with a great team.
• Have some input on new seasonal, elegant menus
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation on food
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food handling
Requirements:
• Experience working in a fast paced kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fine dining and large-scale event experience a major plus
• Availability on weekends and evenings (a must)
