I am pretty chill and easy going, mostly spend my time working, exercising, go for hikes or reading. I don't have any pets but they're welcome. The other roommate is also very easy going and works full time.

Looking for a similar minded person who like living in a clean and organized home, preferably not a "daily " smoker/vaper or drinker

About the House:
- 2000 sq. ft. 3-bedroom detached house to share between 3 people in-total (no basement suites)
- 2 bathrooms (b/w 3 people)
- all bedrooms are upstairs and have large windows overlooking the backyard
- large living room upstairs, basement is carpeted and is a great place for recreation/relaxing
- located on a quiet inside street and still within 5-10min walking distance to c-train/grocery stores/UofC
- lots of street parking available
- common areas are furnished (you'll have to bring the furnishing for your room)

RENT : $900-$925 per month with everything included (700 rent/ utilities-wifi approx. 200-225)
