I am looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom apartment in the Eastend of London near the Gibraltar Market. I am looking for a mature person who is looking for long term residency. Rent will include full use of apartment and choice of the two empty bedrooms available. I will not be bringing in a 3rd roommate. Rent also includes all utilities like hydro, cable, a couple of streaming channels, and internet plus I will also take care of things like cleaning supplies and other sundries. Room will be available for September 1st, but you may be able to move in a bit earlier. Close to bus stop and other amenities; private parking spot is available. Will furnish room for the right person.
