Bike needs a little fixing up, won't cost much to repair it at all.
As you can see it was custom built in a few ways that you could not buy it like it is when it was in the store.
It's great for doing shopping trips, it carries bags no problem on the back rack. Straps can be used to hold things down for safety or comfort. It peddles smoothly. No issues other than the wheels need to be replaced and they bolts need to be tightened. The tires hold air very well. There's little spots of rust on the bike but that is completely normal for the actual age of the bike.
