Inso-Tec is growing! We specialize in professional insulation services across Pontiac, Gatineau & Ottawa — and we're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team.

Whether you're already experienced in insulation or just looking to learn a skilled trade while you earn, this opportunity is for you!

Positions Available:
✔ Experienced Insulators
✔ Entry-Level Labourers – we'll train you!

What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Installing various insulation systems (spray foam, batt, blown-in, etc.)
✔ Supporting job site setup and clean-up
✔ Working on residential and commercial projects
✔ Learning valuable hands-on skills with a professional crew

What We're Looking For:
✔ A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
✔ Valid driver's license reliable transportation
✔ Basic gear (construction boots, work clothes)
✔ Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks
✔ Experience in construction or trades is a plus, but not required
