We are currently working towards the opening of our brand-new licensed daycare in Kitchener, with plans to open in March 2026.
We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Daycare Supervisor (Registered Early Childhood Educator – RECE) to help us build a high-quality, nurturing child care environment and lead our team from the very start.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) and licensing requirements
• Lead, support, and mentor child care staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe space for children, families, and team members
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

✨ Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Current First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of CCEYA regulations
