I am moving into my own place and looking to fill my old room in a bright, spacious 2 bedroom apartment right off College and close to Dufferin Grove Park for August 1st.

You'd be living with my best friend / former roommate. The apartment comes fully furnished (other than your room). There is a dishwasher/all brand new appliances and is a newly renovated unit as of 2020.

There is a shared balcony that is open to use anytime. Laundry/dryer in basement of adjoining building - $1.25 per load.

Additional details: LGBTQ friendly, 420 friendly, month-to-month payment (based on a rental agreement between the roommate who is staying (Faith) and the prospective new roommate. (Cat is coming with me, sorry!)

$1175 per month. Utilities are being changed over in the move to get cheaper wifi moving forward, but typically range anywhere between $60-$80 each a month.

We are asking for first and last month's rent off the bat ($2350).
