General Trades Person / Renovator
Pay rate is $ 40.00 to $ 60.00 per hour. The intent of this role is to be a full-time permanent position. All tools supplied but can negotiate additional sum if you have your own tools. Car allowance and gas if using personal vehicle for any business needs. Company vehicle may be supplied pending work type or load. Typical work week is Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM 40 hours. Overtime paid if required.
Experience or understanding of the following, but does not have to be in all:
- Framing
- Carpentry
- Concrete
- Welding
- Insulation
- Drywall
- Caulking
- Tile
- Painting
- Finish Carpentry
- Equipment Operation
- Site Clean Up
If you have any of these skills and are missing a couple that is ok, but you must have a strong understanding of some of them. To qualify for highest rate you must be independent and able to handle your own tasks at a high level. If you do not have any of the qualifications listed above or you are not strong in some of them please do not apply. We are a growing company with oppurtunity to grow within it.
