A large, bright, furnished room with a large Queen bed, a private ensuite bathroom and an access to large balcony on 3rd floor of a detached house is available. The room is for one post secondary student, single occupancy only, no sharing.

Garage parking with automatic door opener fob is available for extra.

One of the cleanest houses in York Village. Common areas are regularly cleaned, and garbage are collected by a dedicated cleaner.

Price is all inclusive (all utilities, Internet, heating and cooling), except for laundry, which is coin operated ($2 each load) and located on-site in the basement.
