We are looking for a female tenant for August 1st onward.

This bright spacious room that walks-out to the backyard will be available August 1. The room comes with a bed including sheets, blankets and pillows, closet, desk and chair, lamp and a bookcase as well as a mini-refrigerator.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one female tenant and have access to a full kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, small appliances (microwave, rice cooker, etc.) , pots and pans, utensils and of course cupboard space.

Room rent includes access to washer and dryer, unlimited high speed wireless internet (Rogers gigabit) , and all utilities (electricity, water, heat, A/C).

Our house is located in North York (Finch and Bathurst) and is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and we are 10 minute bus ride from the subway. It takes only 20 mins to York University and takes about 50 mins to University of Toronto downtown.
