I purchased these new from Amazon for an elderly family member who is no longer living in our home. He used these TENA briefs for years--they're good quality, highly absorbent adult briefs. They worked extremely well for my family member who had frequent urination due to diabetes and the diuretics (water pills) his doctor prescribed.
