I don't think IKEA makes this particular colour of frame any more – it's a bit redder than the current brown.
The frame costs $70 ( tax) new at IKEA; yours here at a deep discount.
There's some minor damage to the chair frame (see pic), but it doesn't affect the function; the seat just rests on the crossbar below it.
I've repurposed the cushion that originally came with it, so you'd have to source your own – either from IKEA, or elsewhere.
