A brief overview/ description of the above attachment is that we construct/assemble compact, mobile, Plant Quality tool cribs. There is a wide range of 267 inventory items/tools on board for fabrication and bolt up needs. This inventory is designed to facilitate the needs of welders, pipe fitters and millwrights for the construction of new facilities, pipeline projects, plant turnarounds or reclamation projects. All shelving and tool trays are numbered and itemized for ease of organization, conducting inventory and minimizing loss. These units are easily transported with a ¾ ton or 1 ton crew truck or picker truck thus minimizing transport costs compared to sea cans.

A quick summary of what's on board is :
- Hand tools.
- Power tools.
- Impact tools – air and electric.
- Fabrication tools – threading (power) and welding.
- 2 stage ind. Air compressor.
