This isn't acting or a polished production. It's just you and the camera — delivering clean, sharp, talking-head style videos built to grab eyeballs. You'll need to be comfortable solo on camera with a confident, slightly cocky tone.

You'll work directly with myself (creative/media/branding) and a real estate broker on the specific Lindsay pre-construction project, creating content and branding materials for online platforms.

Not all videos require talking directly to the camera — many will be lifestyle or third-person shots capturing natural interactions and your vibe in the setting.
