Environment: Most families who live in this townhome complex are young families or working professionals - a very peaceful neighbourhood. The property does not face the street so very quiet during the day and night.
Food & Entertainment: Grocery store (No-Frills), Restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Japanese, McDonald's, etc) and more shops literally less than a 3-minute walk from the front steps. You also have Square One and Heartland Center (Walmart, Costco, etc.) about a 5-minute drive away in opposite directions.
Outside the Unit: Enough space to set up a patio set and enjoy the summer.
