️ What You'll Do
• Install and repair flat roofing systems including SBS torch-on, cold process, EPDM, TPO, and PVC
• Lead or participate in crew operations for commercial and multifamily projects
• Ensure quality control, site safety, and adherence to specifications
• Mentor apprentices and support the training culture

✅ What You Bring
• Valid Red Seal Journeyman Certificate in roofing (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years experience in flat roofing
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Fall protection and CSTS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
