Main duties of the job

Serving the point of contact for resident service requests including:
Regular visual inspections and operational checks of Building systems,
Maintenance and/or arrangement of professional servicing as appropriate for all elements of the Building:
Responding to requests and inquiries from potential residents,
Collection of overdue accounts from residents/Ensuring, daily, cleanliness and safety of Building premises;
Reporting to the Employer regarding any observed or suspected lease violation.
