We operate a mid sized private real estate portfolio based primarily in Niagara Falls Ontario. We are searching for an experienced Operations Manager to join us on an ongoing 3 days per week, contract, schedule. Experience in property management and or construction (8 yrs ) is a requirement.

Reporting to ownership, the onsite role of Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring all field operations are operating effectively and efficiently, and that operational facets of the business are compliant.

The ideal experienced candidate will be a leader who is; organized, resourceful, and results driven.
