It is thermofoil in good shape. Only a few areas that need some fixes ( if you wish). The countertop surrounding the sink needs replacement or simply install one bigger that resolve the problem. You can see the pictures to determine the issue.

You need to take it out ( dismantle). The house is in Kanata close by Hazeldean and Terry Fox. Need to be taken by next week any day.
