About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Ottawa. If you take pride in your work, value safety and professionalism, and enjoy helping people when they need it most, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy-duty tow trucks for towing, recovery, and transport of commercial and industrial vehicles
Respond to accident scenes, breakdowns, and service calls efficiently and professionally
Complete all paperwork and reports accurately (dispatch logs, invoices, pre- trip inspections etc.)
Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth and timely service
Maintain truck cleanliness, safety, and basic mechanical condition
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:
Valid DZ, AZ or Class 1 Driver's License (clean driver's abstract required)
Minimum 2 years of experience operating a heavy-duty tow truck (preferred)
Knowledge of Ottawa and surrounding areas
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently in all weather conditions
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
TSSEA licence (an asset)
