OPENING FOR A POSITION OF A FULL-TIME
MARKETING OFFICER UNDER MATRADE OTTAWA

The High Commission of Malaysia in Ottawa, Canada, hereby invites suitable candidates to fill the post of a Marketing Officer at MATRADE Ottawa.
Candidates should be dynamic, creative, passionate, possess a highly-competitive spirit, and able to work independently.
The successful candidate will be on a two-year contract and shall be absorbed into a permanent position subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish contacts and networks within the international trade communities (government, trade associations/chambers, local Canadian and Malaysian companies).
• Prepare market intelligence reports.
• Conduct trade promotion activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in International Business or other equivalent Business, Marketing or Accounting courses.
• At least three (3) years working experience, preferably in the same industry.
• Possess strong analytical skills, excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Resident of Canada.
