Who We're Looking For:
Our ideal team members are high-energy, passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love Halloween as much as we do! You'll fit right in if you:
   •   Are sales- and service-focused, with a genuine passion for helping Guests
   •   Always greet customers with a smile, eye contact, or a warm hello — no matter how busy it gets
   •   Know the store's products and love using that knowledge to help Guests find what they need
   •   Practice suggestive selling to create fun, multi-item shopping experiences
   •   Uphold high standards of integrity, quality, and efficiency — with both our Guests and team
   •   Help execute visual merchandising and maintain a fun, organized store
   •   Follow company policies and operational procedures
   •   Are open to fun extras like sign-waving duties to drive store excitement and traffic!
