• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Tech
• Field & Lube Tech
• Parts & Service Tech

Our team services anything from small tools to passenger vehicle to highway tractors and a large variety of off-highway construction equipment

Basic Requirements for all shop positions
• Safety culture mindset
• Class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record
• Mechanically Inclined
• Knowledge of construction equipment, tools and mechanical terminology
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to commute to Coaldale, AB on a daily basis

Ground Breakers Construction is a locally owned and family operated company, founded in 2006. We provide asphalt paving, underground construction, and earthworks to Southern Alberta and surrounding areas. We also offer retail sales of landscaping rock and other rock product.
