Hey there, im looking for a new place to call home as my current place/landlord is giving me until sept 1st to move out has her children will be moving into my current space

i work a camp job as a sous chef and im not in the city for 2-3 weeks everymonth so as a tenenant i use way way way less utilities which is a win for my renter, i will be living alone and i dont drive so i dont need a parking space, utilities included is something id want, i currently pay 1100 with utilities included, and id like to keep rent around 1100 and the closer to downtown broadway area would be awesome but im open, i do pay for my own wifi though
in my free time im either sleeping or playing video games
My move in date would be Sept 1st no later than that, i can do video calls for walk throughs or we can schedule for when i am in the city for an in person one, shoot me a message im open to alot,
