UPSTAIRS: kitchen, full bathroom, common area, turntables, office, & two bedrooms

DOWNSTAIRS: two freezers, large wood-burning fireplace, washer & dryer, common area & third bedroom

House situated on large rural property that is VERY close to nature (i.e. wild berries, mushrooms, animals, etc., with flowers, vegetable garden, back deck, and spacious yard … NOTE: See photos for additional details!)

Wild mushroom and berry-picking (blueberries, wild blackberries, raspberries, creeping snow berries, wild cranberries, chanterelles, etc.);

Community centre, post office, general store, Bell Island ferry terminal, and an excellent school for young kids, and yet…

COST:

$750-$1050 (PLUS utilities – electricity & internet) to share an entire house (owner has car).

Rent/bills, and transportation logistics are, however, negotiable and dependent on each individual's means & situation.
