I have some rooms for rent (5 rooms in total to rent.) Rooms are designed for (1) person only. Nice spacious, clean furnished rooms as seen in above pictures. Sorry but only renting out to Men right now, mainly just because of the layout of the rooms to each other upstairs & downstairs. Rooms have own lock & key for privacy, double size bed with memory foam, blackout curtains in each room, closet, desk, fridge, Wi-Fi, 46" flat screen TV, each room has a lightning fast Nvidia Sheild Tv box. Each tv comes with hard drives (pre-loaded with 1300 movies and some TV shows) Sorry no live tv. Bedding and towels supplied. Shared usage of all washrooms, there's 1 on each floor, shared kitchen area (please clean up after yourself) backyard bbq and covered patio. All smoking done outside. Plenty of street parking out front, as we have a double lot. Parking also available in back if needed. Sorry no plug-ins available for vehicles, also no oversized vehicles. No Over Night Guests Allowed, please be respectful. No contract, No Deposit, No refund, No hassle. You let me know at the end of your week, whether staying or going.
