One furnished room available in our legal basement suite for leases of 6 months or longer.

Our suite is also a short walk or ride away from MacEwan University, Norquest College, and the University of Alberta.

Enjoy on-site laundry, kitchen, all utilities (heat, water, electricity, internet), and a separate private entrance. Just bring your own clothes, bedding, toiletries, and kitchenware.

- Suite is shared with two other tenants.
- Light housekeeping is provided to assist in keeping things tidy.

- Street parking. Applicants must arrange for a permit with the City of Edmonton. Parking is not guaranteed.
