Wanted One Bookkeeper
Job Title: Bookkeeper (NOC 12200)

Permanent, full time position
Duties:
-Maintain complete set of books, keep records of accounts, verify the procedures used for recording financial transactions, and provide personal bookkeeping services
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Post journal entries
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
Education and Work Experience requirements
- Need to have completed secondary school- Need to have completed minimum of two years of college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
- Need to have a minimum of 2 years work experience as a bookkeeper
Wages: $37.50 per hour
Benefits: 3 days of sick leave per year4% pay based on gross earning of vacation time
Term: Permanent, full time position, 40 hours per week
