2 kitchens, 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor), & 3 bedrooms

UPSTAIRS: kitchen, full bathroom, common area, turntables, office, & two bedrooms

DOWNSTAIRS: two freezers, large wood-burning fireplace, washer & dryer, common area & third bedroom

Brand new, highly efficient ‘mini-split' heat pump system recently installed throughout

House situated on large rural property that is VERY close to nature (i.e. wild berries, mushrooms, animals, etc., with flowers, vegetable garden, back deck, and spacious yard…)

Wild mushroom and berry-picking (blueberries, wild blackberries, raspberries, creeping snow berries, wild cranberries, chanterelles, etc.);

Community centre, post office, general store, Bell Island ferry terminal, and an excellent school for young kids, and yet…

Only a 15min. drive to big box shopping, groceries & amenities!.

COST:

$750-$1050 (PLUS utilities – electricity & internet) to share an entire house (owner has car).

Rent/bills, and transportation logistics are, however, negotiable and dependent on each individual's means & situation.
