Needed for Apartment Building Maintenance

Location: Saint John, New Brunswick

Description:

Aquarius Holdings is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman for general maintenance and upkeep of our apartment building in Saint John, NB. This part-time position offers approximately 20 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities Include:Painting (interior and exterior)
Minor carpentry repairs
Grass mowing and lawn care
Snow shoveling (seasonal)
Other general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Experience in general maintenance or handyman work
Basic carpentry skills and painting experience
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Own tools and equipment preferred
Valid driver's license and transportation an asset

Compensation: $22 per hour
