À partir du mi-août (possibilité du 1er août) pour au moins fin décembre (6 mois) *avec* la possibilité à plus long terme. Une charmante chambre de taille moyenne, meublée dans un magnifique et très grand 5 1/2. Quartier très sympa et en plein cœur du Plateau-Mont-Royal.
** J'ai plus que 40 ans, mais j'ai souvent vécue avec des colocs qui louaient cette chambre dans leur mi-/-fin-vingtaine ou une trentaine, et tout s'est toujours bien passé. **
Appartement lumineux, beaucoup de lumière naturelle, avec hauts plafonds et décor minimaliste. La chambre est orientée vers l'ouest, elle reçoit donc une bonne quantité de soleil l'après-midi et en fin d'après-midi. Terrasse en arrière. 3e étage d'un triplex.À moins de 10 minutes à pied du Métro Mt-Royal sur la ligne Orange (le plus central) et de 5 min à pied du bus 55 St-Laurent (nord et sud), ou bus 80 Parc (nord-sud). Distance à pied de nombreuses boutiques et cafés sur Mont-Royal, Boul St. Laurent, St-Denis. Situé près des parcs (Parc Jeanne-Mance et Parc LaFontaine). Vélo Bixi tout près.
Non-fumeur. Pas d'animaux.

Quiet, wonderful quartier, central hub of Plateau-Mont-Royal. Apartment with lots of natural bright light, high ceilings and minimalist design aesthetic. The room is west-facing receiving a good amount of sun in the afternoon and late afternoons. Large terrasse at the back end of apartment. 3rd floor of a triplex.Less than 10 min. walk to Metro Mont-Royal on the Orange line (most central) and less than a 5 minute walk to 55 bus on St-Laurent (North-South), or 80 bus Parc ave. Walking distance to numerous shops and cafés – Mt-Royal, boul. St.Laurent, St-Denis. A few blocks from parks (Parc La Fontaine, Parc Jeanne-Mance). Bixi bike rental stand nearby at end of block.
